My Rits Real Estate allows property owners and agents (“Users”) to list properties for sale.

All property listings are subject to review and approval by [Myrits]. We reserve the right to reject or remove any listing at our sole discretion.
Commission Structure (My Rits Partner)
My Rits operates on a commission-based model. The website earns a commission for successful property transactions initiated through the platform.
The commission structure will be outlined in a separate agreement between the property owner/agent and Myrits and will be displayed on the listing creation page https://myrits.com/my-rits-advertising-partner/
Payment of commission is due upon the successful completion of the sale of a property. Failure to pay the commission may result in the removal of listings and suspension of your account.
Payment Terms and Conditions
When purchasing any of our advertising packages, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
Payment Acceptance:
- We accept payments through secure online gateways (Credit/Debit Card, Net Banking, UPI, etc.).
- All payments must be made upfront before the listing goes live.
Advertising Package:
- Your selected package determines the duration, visibility, and exclusivity of your property listing on our platform.
- Once a listing goes live, it cannot be changed, modified, or refunded unless there is a technical error on our part.
Cancellations & Refunds:
No Cancellation: Once your advertisement is live on the platform, cancellation is not allowed under any circumstances.
No Refund Policy: All payments are final. Refunds are not available for advertisements after payment has been made.
Listing Period:
- All listings will be active for the period defined in your package. After the listing expires, you can renew by purchasing a new package.
User Responsibilities
Users are responsible for ensuring that they have all the necessary rights and licenses to list properties on the Website.
Users must comply with all applicable laws and regulations when listing properties and interacting with potential buyers or tenants.
Users agree not to use the Website to post any illegal, defamatory, or harmful content.
Prohibited Activities
Users may not:
- Use the Website for fraudulent purposes.
- Post inaccurate or misleading property information.
- Distribute spam or unsolicited advertising.
- Attempt to hack or compromise the Website’s security.
Disclaimer
My Rits is an online platform that connects property owners and potential buyers. We do not represent either party in any transactions and are not responsible for the accuracy of property listings or any disputes that arise from property transactions.
We do not guarantee the sale of any listed property. All transactions are the sole responsibility of the property owner and buyer.
Limitation of Liability
In no event shall My Rits, its owners, employees, or agents be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, loss of profits, data, or information) arising from the use of, or inability to use, the Website.
Termination
My Rits reserves the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time, with or without cause, including for any violation of these terms and conditions.
